During our investigation of the Phelps General we captured a strange light forming on the 4th step up. There were no windows around that could have allowed light to protrude from.

Strange Video Capture During Tour - Bill was video taping the tour from our museum visit and while in the Phelps General Store, and while panning around the room, he passes by a window in a door. Even though he is facing the window, you cannot see his reflection, but you can clearly see the people behind him, that were also on the tour... a real head scratcher.
